AERO MOULD CO., LTD is a reliable plastic injection mould manufacturer and customizer, and is situated in the hometown of moulds in China-Huangyan, providing a complete range of injection moulds to countless domestic and foreign clients.

Production Time: 35-40 Days

Up to now, we have been servicing customers from more than 20 countries thanks to the reliable quality and fast production speed. In general, we can finish the manufacture and provide plastic injection moulds to clients in 35-40 days. For simple-structure moulds, it takes only 20 days. Such a high efficiency is realized by our top-notch R&D team which always puts forward the most suitable scheme according to the customer's budget and manufacture demands. Now, we have 35 employees and we keep introducing talents in recent years, including experienced designers, engineers and other experts.

Design and Customization

Currently, we have four designers who all possess more than ten years experience in mould design and are proficient in using software like UG, pro-E, CAD and CAM. In particular, Mr. Chen, a core member in our design team, won Classic Design Award in 2013 Injection Mould Design competition. Mr. Kwang designed an injection mould for sprayer cap that received high praise from our European client, "the mould you sent is a work of art and the cooling system is amazingly design, very efficient".

Our Moulds

We have been focusing on the research and development of different high-quality plastic injection moulds for many years and accumulated rich experience in moulds for home appliances, daily necessities, pipes and so forth. Our flagship products are injection moulds for thin wall packaging, injection moulds for caps and closures, two-component injection moulds, injection moulds for home appliances, injection moulds for cutlery and plastic daily necessities, and injection moulds for pipe fittings.

Manufacture

Our manufacture complex houses a wide array of modern and advanced machines, guaranteeing the quality and accuracy of our injection moulds. In 2015, we invested five million RMB to buy two sets of high-speed milling machine and five sets of high-speed CNC carving machine, with a process precision of 0.003mm.
In order to stay abreast with the times, we regularly organize activities to let our employees discuss about problems they met in work, as well as take part in some industrial exhibitions and fairs and learn from advanced design concepts and technology. The road ahead, we will keep progressing and bringing better quality moulds for customers.
